The Beauty

This museum is absolutely stunning. From the outside, it looks like a giant glass cube that’s been submerged in water. It’s definitely an eye-catching sight and makes for great photos. Once you enter, you’ll find yourself in a large atrium with skylights that let in natural light. The exhibits are spread out over several floors, so there’s plenty of space to explore.

The Exhibits

There are always new exhibits at The Bass! Whether you’re interested in art or architecture, there’s something for you to see here. Some past exhibits include “Design Miami,” which looked at the history and impact of design on our lives; “Public Figures” by artist Xavier Veilhan; and “Harmonic Motion,” a collection of works by composer John Cage. There have also been some cool temporary installations like an inflatable whale (created as part of Art Basel) that visitors could walk into and interact with via light sensors inside its body – so fun! It’s hard to summarize all the amazing exhibits here because they change so often but trust me when I say that you’ll never be bored at The Bass!

The Music

There are also concerts and performances scheduled throughout the year. These include everything from classical music to jazz and pop – so there’s something for everyone! You can check out the schedule here or sign up for their newsletter to get updates about upcoming events emailed directly to your inbox every month (or whenever there’s a new show).

The Shop

If you’re looking for a souvenir, stop by The Bass Store on your way out. It has some cool items like books on art history as well as postcards featuring an image of one of the museum’s pieces in case you want to send someone back home one while visiting this place yourself! They also sell T-shirts, hats, and tote bags with the museum’s logo on them.

The Bass is a must-see in Miami! There’s always something new to explore here, plus it’s just an all-around beautiful place. If you’re looking for a unique and interesting spot to visit while in town, be sure to check out The Bass. You won’t regret it!
