The Pros

Convenient Location

This neighborhood is located in the northern part of town and close to everything you need. You can walk or bike to the grocery store, restaurants, schools, parks, and more!

Affordable Homes

The homes here start at $250k which is a great price compared with other neighborhoods in Tejas Trails. There are also many move-in-ready properties available for those looking for something turnkey.

Parks & Green Spaces Abound

There are several parks within walking distance from anywhere in Tejas Trails including Duncan Park (close enough that you could throw your frisbee over the fence!). One thing we like about this neighborhood is how green it feels despite being so close to all of the downtown amenities such as shopping centers and restaurants because they have kept much of the native vegetation intact throughout development.

Public Transportation

The public transportation system in Tejas Trails is great! It’s easy to get around town if you don’t have a car or prefer not to take it. There are also many bike paths throughout this neighborhood so you can ride your bicycle anywhere without worrying about traffic congestion on major roads such as I-35 and Highway 183A/Loop 360 Southbound which run through some parts of this community but not all areas due to their location along the northern edge of Tejas Trails’ boundaries.

The Capital Metro bus service operates seven days per week with stops located conveniently near major intersections like FM 620 at RR 2250 (RM2250). These buses come every hour from Monday through Friday during rush hours while they only operate Saturdays and Sundays between 12 pm until the last bus leaves the station at around 11 pm.

The Cons

No Pool or Clubhouse

Currently, Tejas Trails does not have a pool or clubhouse which is something to think about if those amenities are important to you. However, there are talks of building a pool in the near future so stay tuned!

Limited Amenities

Aside from parks and green spaces, this neighborhood doesn’t have much in terms of extra amenities. If you’re looking for somewhere with tennis courts, a gym, or a playground, Tejas Trails might not be the right place for you.

Overall, buying property in Tejas Trails is a great decision! This charming community has everything you need including a convenient location and affordable homes. So what are you waiting for? Start searching for your dream home today!
