NRH2O Family Water Park
Looking for a fun day out with the family? NRH2O Family Water Park is the perfect spot! With plenty of slides and attractions to choose from, your family will have a blast. Before you visit, make sure to check out our tips for a great time at the water park and other places near Fort Worth!
Dress the Kids for Fun!
This place is a water park, and all children will be getting wet. Don’t dress them in nice clothes or anything that you don’t want to get ruined. Also, consider bringing your own towels! You can save money by not renting them from the park itself.
Buy Tickets Online Beforehand
You can buy tickets online beforehand and save a few bucks. This is definitely something you’ll want to do if you’re planning on going during the summer, as tickets tend to sell out pretty quickly!
Pack Plenty of Snacks and Drinks
The park doesn’t allow outside food or drinks, but that doesn’t mean you can’t bring your own! Pack plenty of snacks and drinks for the day so you don’t have to spend money on overpriced food at the park.
Stay Hydrated!
It can get hot in Texas, especially during the summer months. Make sure everyone stays hydrated by drinking lots of water throughout the day. There are free refill stations located all around NRH20O, so there’s no need to spend money on bottled water.
Bring an Extra Change of Clothes for the Kids
The kids are going to get wet, and they’ll probably want a change after being in their swimsuits all day long! Make sure you pack extra clothes so that everyone can be comfortable when it’s time to go home. It will also make your car ride back much less messy if they have something dry on before getting in.
Sunscreen is Your Best Friend!
Don’t forget about sunscreen! It doesn’t matter what time of year it is or how cloudy the sky looks; it always lathers up with SPF before heading out into direct sunlight (or anywhere near it).
Swim Shoes are a Must!
Everyone in the family should have a pair of swim shoes, especially kids. The ground can get really hot during the summer months, and it’s easy for little feet to be burned if they’re not protected by some type of footwear. Plus, these types of shoes help keep sand out too! Make sure everyone has their own pair so no one gets left behind when going from one attraction to another – we don’t want any tears on vacation day because someone forgot theirs at home!
